These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any student consultations offered through it. By accessing this website or booking a consultation, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or book a consultation.

2. About Me
This website is operated by Rosie Egan a student of homeopathy based in the United Kingdom.
I am not a medical doctor and I am not registered with the General Medical Council. I am fully insured with The Society of Homeopaths

3. Student Declaration
All consultations offered through this website are provided in my capacity as a student of homeopathy.
I do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe conventional medication, or replace the role of a qualified medical practitioner.

4. Nature of Student Consultations
Student consultations are offered for educational and training purposes and are conducted online only.
These consultations are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are responsible for continuing to consult your GP or other qualified healthcare professionals regarding your health.

5. Fees and Payment
The following fees apply:

Initial consultation: £40
Follow-up consultation: £40

Consultation fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Homeopathic remedies are charged separately and are not included in the consultation fee.
All fees are non-refundable once a consultation has taken place.

6. Remedies
Where appropriate, homeopathic remedies may be recommended.
Remedies may be supplied in one of the following ways:

Prescribed and supplied by an external homeopathic pharmacy; or
Supplied from my own stock of homeopathic remedies, which were originally purchased from a registered homeopathic pharmacy.

You are under no obligation to purchase remedies through me and may choose your own homeopathic pharmacy if you wish.

7. Medical Disclaimer
The information provided during consultations and on this website is not intended as medical advice and should not be relied upon as such.
You should seek immediate medical attention for urgent or serious health concerns. Never discontinue or alter prescribed medication without consulting a qualified healthcare professional.

8. No Guarantee of Outcome
Homeopathy is a complementary approach and responses vary between individuals.
No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, results, or improvements in symptoms.

9. No Practitioner–Patient Relationship
Participation in a student consultation does not create a doctor–patient or equivalent professional healthcare relationship.

10. Online Consultations
Online consultations are conducted using electronic communication. While reasonable steps are taken to ensure confidentiality, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for ensuring you have a private and suitable environment for online consultations.

11. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please provide 48 hours’ notice - No refund can be given with less than 48 hours notice

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rosie Egan shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from:

Use of this website
Participation in student consultations
Use of any recommended or supplied homeopathic remedies

Use of services is entirely at your own risk.
